The Senior Director of Consumer Centricity will champion the company’s evolution toward a truly consumer-first mindset. This strategic leader will ensure that consumer insights are embedded into decision-making across product development, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer & GM of Direct Commerce, this role oversees a team of marketing professionals, driving both strategy and execution to infuse consumer-centric principles into the company’s culture and core business practices.What You Will Do: Develop and implement a company-wide strategy that integrates consumer insights into all business functionsLead efforts to ensure that the voice of the consumer is at the center of decision-making across teams and leadershipBuild and oversee a high-performing consumer insights team to analyze consumer behavior, trends, and preferencesPartner with data and analytics teams to leverage AI and marketing technology for predictive insights and strategic decision-makingCollaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine brand positioning and enhance consumer interactionsEstablish key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer lifetime value, and brand sentiment to measure success and drive improvementsIdentify emerging consumer trends and market opportunities to guide product development and business strategiesStreamline processes to accelerate consumer-driven innovation and enhance responsiveness to shifting market demandsAdvocate for a consumer-first mindset across the organization, influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize consumer-centric strategiesEnsure compliance with evolving privacy regulations and data governance standards to maintain ethical and effective use of consumer insights
