JOB SUMMARY:We’re seeking a growth-focused, consumer-obsessed Sr. Manager Performance Marketing will lead revenue marketing strategy across our direct-to-consumer business. You will be responsible for managing overall growth strategy - acquiring new customers, driving revenue across our Commerce storefronts, and delivering meaningful, data-driven engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. This role blends performance marketing, content, storytelling, and digital merchandising — all in service of profitable, scalable DTC growth across physical products, connected devices, and subscription services. Key Responsibilities:Customer Acquisition & Paid MediaOwn the strategy and execution of paid digital (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon DSP), affiliates, and influencers to acquire and retain high-value DTC customers.Optimize for CAC:LTV, return on ad spend (ROAS), and media efficiency across channels.Site & Conversion OptimizationPartner with SEO, content strategists and UX teams to optimize product pages, landing flows, merchandising, and bundling strategies to improve conversion and AOV.Execute data-driven A/B tests to refine messaging, promotions, and funnel performance.DTC Promotion & Product MarketingLaunch DTC-first campaigns for new product releases, seasonal promotions, and service offerings (e.g., app upgrades, subscriptions).Create integrated marketing programs that combine paid, owned, and earned media around life moments.Analytics, Reporting & ForecastingPartner with Analytics team to build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and subscriber growth.Forecast demand, build marketing mix models, and influence supply planning and site merchandising.Cross-Functional LeadershipLead and grow a team of performance marketers, growth content strategies, and agency partners.Collaborate closely with CRM, Insight & Analytics, Creative, Product teams, and data science to build a seamless customer experience across the funnel. Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of DTC marketing experience, with a strong track record in customer acquisition, performance media, and full-funnel campaign strategy.Experience managing 7-figure budgets and delivering revenue and margin growth through paid and owned channels.Proven success optimizing Commerce funnels (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) and working with analytics tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Looker, Rockerbox.Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence creative, tech, and executive stakeholders.Experience with connected products, app-based services, or hybrid physical/digital consumer ecosystems. COMPETENCIES:Drives vision and purposeDrives EngagementManages ComplexityPlans and AlignsDecision Quality
