As a Strategic Account Manager, you will foster strategic growth and long-term partnerships with key omni-channel retailers supporting our retail club and mass accounts for our Moen brand of products. You’ll play a central role in aligning internal and external teams, helping drive results while creating shared value with our customers.We’re looking for a collaborative, results-oriented professional with experience managing major retail accounts—ideally Walmart, Costco, or similar Big Box environments. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.What you will be doing:Support growth and positioning of Moen’s category expansion business across Club and Mass retail accounts.Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key omni-channel retailers, including national accounts.Identify opportunities and guide national account relationships from initial discussions through strategic planning and ongoing support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mutually beneficial agreements, pricing structures, merchandising programs, and supply chain planning.Understand the structure of key decision-maker networks and partner with internal stakeholders to create thoughtful pull-through strategies.Leverage CRM and customer engagement tools to maintain visibility, organize communication, and track progress on key initiatives.Manage promotional and travel budgets with care to support impactful customer engagement.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting across systems and internal platforms.
