Senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling

The Stationary refrigerants business is a global leader in supply of refrigerants to HVACR OEMs and aftermarket distributors around the world.As the Offering Manager for Data Center Cooling you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function for our refrigerant products used in Data Center cooling applications. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Data Center cooling market. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's Stationary refrigerants business. You will report directly to our VP/GM and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency in the Data Center cooling market. The successful candidate will blend strategy, innovation, and business expertise with technical skills and product knowledge.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability across the Data Center cooling value chain (Control room AC, direct to chip cooling, immersion cooling, etc.)

Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs in the Data Center cooling

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new refrigerant offerings; lead NPI process

Collaborate with key stakeholders, OEMs and Data Center owners and developers to drive growth of new and existing offerings

Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for Data Center cooling products

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities in the Data Center cooling market

Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies for Data Center Cooling offerings

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the Data Center Cooling industry

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry

Prior experience is a plus in offering management

Prior experience in customer facing roles

Willingness and ability to travel (up to 40%, flexible to define schedule)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities

Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new product offerings

Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree, MBA highly preferred

Prior experience in industrial product management with the commercialization of new technologies

Prior experience with Data Centers operations

A capacity to make decisions in the face of ambiguity

An in-depth knowledge of business mechanics

An ability to lead through complexity and change

An ability to pivot or adjust the organizational direction based on new conditions

An ability to think strategically

An ability to negotiate
