You’ll assist guests, explain game rules, ensure equipment is functioning properly, and keep the area clean and fun for everyone. Perform a variety of cross-trained duties to support the operation of laser tag, arcade/redemption, concessions, and bowling areas.Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, professional customer service at all times.Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle money responsibly.Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.Respond to guest questions, requests, and needs in a helpful and accommodating manner.Collaborate effectively as part of a team under the guidance of management, following direction and supporting overall operations.
