Job Description:12 Step process (Contractors will be cross trained in multiple areas):
Receiving- documenting what is received
Factory Reset- manual press of a button
Automatic Test (Plug In)- plugging in up to 32 units- determines what needs to be repaired (longer cycle times 60-90 minutes)
