Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, including corporate consolidations and financial reporting. You will also work closely with the senior management and be involved in the company's growth initiatives.Responsibilities: Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial closures and account reconciliations Manage corporate consolidations, including those for international entities Prepare and present financial reports to senior management Coordinate with auditors to support audit processes as the company grows Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to perform detailed financial analyses, consolidations and reporting Adapt to the evolving needs of the business, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Manage the workflow and redistribute tasks as needed in collaboration with the CFO and Controller Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Prepare financial statements and conduct bank reconciliations Ensure internal financial reporting complies with GAAP Accounting standards Contribute to the company's growth initiatives.Requirements Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proven knowledge in Consolidations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with D365 software is preferred Proven ability in Financial Statement Preparation and Audit Demonstrated expertise in Bank Reconciliations and Account Reconciliation Strong skills in Financial Reporting and Internal Financial Reporting Knowledge of GAAP Accounting principles is mandatory Experience in implementing Growth Initiatives in a financial setting is beneficial.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
