The business services more than 70 million accounts for a number of national brands, including The Home Depot, Best Buy, Sears, Macy’s, LL Bean and Wayfair.About the Role Provide financial leadership and support for portfolio within the Cit Retail Services business. Primary portfolio that will be supported is a long standing Franchise Partner relationship with >$6B in assets. The role is responsible for providing financial analysis, partnering with external client and multiple functions within Citi. Key leader in the ongoing development and evaluation of partner program strategies to drive profitable program assets, while optimizing Citi’s capital and operating efficiency through insightful analysis.Responsibilities: Oversee key financial processes, deliver insight and support to cross-functional leadership team to deliver on goals for portfolios and as part of larger RS Finance team.

Support analysis and modeling for portfolio transformation activities to drive product, channel, and promotion specific profitability at portfolio level; make recommendations that balance growth/volume and returns.

Develop, review and approve all promotional pricing, marketing spend, program investment and partner subsidies, as well as support focus on driving on line/digital growth and servicing.

Perform cost and productivity analysis; lead expense management efforts.

Ensure financial transactions with the partner are in compliance with contract.

Work closely with Citi Accounting Policy and Controllers function on accounting requirements for all aspects of partner agreements, changes, settlement, etc.

Qualifications: B.S. in Finance or Accounting.

Strongly prefer 4-7 years of experience with experience in Planning and Analysis preferred. Credit card industry and/or financial services highly preferred.

Strong independent work ethic, leadership skills and business acumen. Executive presence; ability to interact and influence others.

Strong communication/presentation skills; ability to drive change and support for performance improvement across all functional areas.

Strong analytical skills, as well as control and compliance mindset.

Ability to work well under tight deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented, intense environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
