Manages HQ/Combatant Command (COCOM) HQ Strategic Posture requirements (e.g. MILCON, access, basing, overflight agreements, etc.)
Supports global bulk fuel posture requirements. Provides guidance to USTRANSCOM leaders for synchronization and advocacy across the Joint Petroleum Enterprise
Collaborates with COCOMs, Joint Staff, Defense Logistics Agency, Services and Industry Partners.
Manages governance boards.
What You Will Need :
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
THREE (3) years' experience in a military, supply chain, or communications environment.
Bachelors degree or FIVE (5) years' experience in Bulk Fuels, Supply Chain Management, Headquarters, Military, Communications.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance with ability to upgrade to TS
Bulk Fuels or Supply Chain Experience
Headquarters experience at a COCOM
Experience working with senior leaders
Training experience
