We are looking for someone with good mechanical skills, strong troubleshooting ability, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to grow into a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.Primary Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair roll-forming lines, presses, uncoilers, straighteners, feeders, conveyors, cranes, forklifts, and other production equipment.Perform mechanical repairs involving bearings, shafts, chains, belts, gearboxes, motors, couplings, cylinders, and material-handling components.Assist with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical repairs.Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement.Use hand tools, power tools, welders, measuring tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.Assist with equipment installations, modifications, fabrication, and improvement projects.Respond to production breakdowns and work with operators and other maintenance personnel to safely return equipment to operation.Document completed repairs, parts used, and additional work needed.Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
