Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
Perform welding in all positions
Maintain expected job performance on steel as thin as 1/4 inch and as thick as 3/4 inch
Standing on feet for 10+ hours at a time
Heavy lifting of steel products up to 75 pounds
