Job Summary:Join our client, a leading manufacturer, as a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery using hand and power tools
Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems
Perform regular maintenance checks on drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels
Repair CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers
Conduct preventative maintenance and document reports
Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Programming skills for CNC machinery
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Respond to emergencies and prioritize critical work
Strong communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members
