This role is for temporary maternity leave coverage.As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering full cycle recruiting for cross functional teams across the Americas. You will focus on partnering with hiring managers and HR to define recruitment strategy as well as sourcing and engaging candidates for core and key roles within IFS across the businesses. To be successful in this role you should be able to talk about business strategy and articulate career opportunities. You must be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target.  A key focus will be on talent pipelining to support hiring managers across the region.ResponsibilitiesCoach and influence hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.Mapping technology companies to identifying the top talent from competitors.Partnering with HR and Hiring Managers to fully understand requirements and ensure a full candidate experienceSourcing passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn and other social media databases.Generating qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and email.Effectively assessing talent ensuring cultural & competency fitMaintaining accurate documentation within the company's ATS.What We’re OfferingSalary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 annuallyFlexible paid time off, including sick and holidayMedical, dental, & vision insurance401K with Company contributionFlexible spending accountsLife insurance and disability benefitsTuition assistanceCommunity involvement and volunteering events
