This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity within the Services industry. As a Legal Assistant, you'll be tasked with managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and processing client applications.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle client inquiries and concerns. Accurately process client applications. Keep accurate records of client credit information. Monitor client accounts and take necessary actions. Proficiently use software like Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook in daily tasks. Manage records using a Management System. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is essential for the role of Legal Assistant. Familiarity with a Management System to effectively organize and streamline tasks. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and perform complex calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, particularly in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling email correspondence. Mastery of Microsoft Word, including creating, editing, and formatting legal documents.
