Duties include but are not limited to the following:Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant informationAddress problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutionsReceive and dispatch orders for servicesPrioritize calls according to urgency and importanceUse radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locationsEnter data in computers system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other informationBooking and monitor conduct of inmates, according to established policies, regulations and procedures
