Support various HR programs and activities covering multiple HR functions.
Assist in data cleanup, organizing efforts to update job descriptions, and implementing hiring processes and development initiatives.
Collaborate with the Business Human Resource leader to implement HR processes.
Interact with leaders across the business to support HR initiatives.
Requirements
Skills Required:
Ability to work with limited supervision in assisting to coordinate and administer various aspects of compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
Proficiency in performing activities related to multiple HR functions such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Basic understanding of HR compliance.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with leaders at all levels of the organization.
Associates Degree preferred
