Parma Pizza Bar Opening This September In Yorkville.
Parma Pizza Bar, a scratch kitchen restaurant that will be bringing the taste of old world Italy to downtown Yorkville is looking to hire staff both in the front and back of the house.
We have great opportunities for motivated and committed individuals looking to provide our guests with a great dining experience in a fun and exciting environment.
Front of the House Staff will be responsible for greeting guests and presenting menus, assist in making food and beverage recommendations, taking customer orders, serving food and beverage selections to guests and taking payments.
Back of the House Staff will prepare menu items according to recipe specifications both for hot and cold items, complete assigned prep work by measuring ingredients as well as cutting and chopping food items, maintain health and safety standards, complete nightly close procedures and monitor ticket times.
We are looking for full time as well as part time staff to join our team and are seeking the following experience:
Excellent people and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret recipes, work instructions and safety rules
Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required as we are willing to train
Must be able to remain flexible and manage multiple orders and customer requests
Must be able to stand and walk regularly, reach overhead, bend as wells as talk and hear.
