Drive external Recruiting and HR outreach activities with area High Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Professional Associations.  Responsible to create and maintain a talent pipeline of external talent. External Activities: Actively pursue and organize activities and engagements with area schools and professional associations per the HR strategy.  Represent the company positively to drive candidates to apply online.Internal Engagement: Create and maintain a list of internal promoters that are willing to connect with future talent.  Coordinate internal promoters to meet the students “where they are”. Database (Pipeline) – Develop a database for external talent.  Work with Marketing to develop communications to keep in regular contact with the talent in the database. (External Bench)Internship Program – Propose and run the internship program, to include networking activities for interns and leadership, mentor the intern-driven charity event, organize end-of-internship presentations, etc.  Handle all intern recruiting.Graduate Specialist Program – Recruit and track associates in the rotational development program.  Align with leadership to organize the rotations and assist in final placement.Recruiting Support – Provide on-site recruiting support, as needed, to ensure a great candidate experience.
