Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons · Independently set up and operate all HMC machines· Operate machine/s while maintaining blueprint specifications· Perform stability study of gauges used· Load and edit programs as needed· Perform initial inspection when needed· Troubleshoot any issues· Assist HMC I and II with any issues· Assist with process improvement tools, such as DOE· Ability to efficiently manage work flow in a work cell structure· Maintain a clean work environment· Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations· Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and instructed· Performs other duties as assigned by managerSupervisory Responsibilities· None
