Job SummaryInventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy and ensuring the efficient management of materials within the facility. A primary focus of this role is the management of the SAP S4HANA CIGO App and the resolution of inventory discrepancies. This position supports ongoing inventory improvement initiatives, including audits, investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce waste and enhance material handling efficiency.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory records using the SAP S4HANA CIGO App.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and thoroughly.Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory-related issuesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce waste.Support ordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.Ensure accurate movement and storage of materials within the facilityAssist in improving space utilization and overall material flowPhysical RequirementsThe job will involve continuous sitting The job will involve frequent lifting of weigh between 10- 50 lbsEnvironmental Settings The job requires the use of safety clothing and safety equipment                                                                          The job may have exposures to fumes, vibrations, humidity, temperature, dust, noise etc
