This role requires a strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills, product management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.Location: Lincolnshire, ILTravel: 15%Ideal Candidate:

6+ years in product management, offering management, or related roles, with a focus on portfolio management.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, tools, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Strategy and Development:

Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company’s product portfolio, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and gaps in the portfolio.

Define the product roadmap, including prioritization of initiatives, feature enhancements, and portfolio expansion plans.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Manage the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, from concept through to end-of-life decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to ensure timely development, launch, and ongoing support of products.

Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to optimize product profitability and market competitiveness.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

Act as a key liaison between product management, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to communicate portfolio strategy, initiatives, and performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve issues, and drive consensus on strategic decisions.

Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers to gather insights, drive co-development opportunities, and enhance product offerings.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the portfolio.

Conduct regular market analysis and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the portfolio strategy as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6 years of expertise in product management, offering management, or related roles, with a focus on portfolio management

Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management

Strong understanding of Master Data Management
