Lead, motivate, and develop staff members in assigned Quality Inspection Lab. Monitor and improve inspection lab metrics and processes. It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as the company may deem necessary.Train, guide, and mentor inspectorsMonitor and improve inspection metric reportsMonitor team performance and provide feedbackArrange tasks and personnel according to inspection lab needsMonitor and assign priority to inspection tasksReview inspection reports and determine if material can be accepted or rejectedIdentify, communicate, and improve quality issues in assigned areaSubmit Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR) for deviations to inspection processGenerate Temporary Deviation Request (TDR) to request deviation to inspection processCreate and edit inspection routers and templatesInspect for compliance to standard and record dataUnderstand and communicate engineering specifications on control documentsCalibrate gauge and perform gauge studiesCommunicate inspection results and details with internal teamCoordinate 7S activities in assigned areaComply with all safety and sanitation regulationsComplete any other tasks as assigned by supervisor Supervisory ResponsibilitiesLeads a team of inspectors in the quality inspection lab.
