Position Type: Permanent/FTEThe Data Science and Analytics COE is responsible for leading the creation and development of the overall strategy and direction of data science and advanced analytics at our client - including ensuring continuity and seamless extension of existing programs, the development of a short- and long-term vision and roadmap, and defining and institutionalizing the role that data and analytics play throughout the organization as the fuel that drives and shapes priorities and serves as an accelerant for progress.This role is deeply knowledgeable and experienced in the space of Salesforce and Tableau CRM development encompassing skills from Application/Product development, code-based tasks and advanced business acumen. This developer requires technical and business knowledge of the Salesforce application and the ability to collaborate with Sales Analytics, Salesforce Platform and Enterprise Data Services teams to deliver operational and strategic insights using Salesforce analytics solutions to various Business Units.The Salesforce Analytics Developer should be able to demonstrate excellent judgement, prioritize effectively and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the company while leading development teams, analysts and coordinating with project managers to shape the foundation of the CRM analytics framework.Other Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Salesforce Tableau CRM/Einstein analytics developer.
• Implement and support Tableau CRM dashboards, Einstein Analytics, apps data integrations, data analysis while coleasing marketing and sales data with underlying Salesforce data models to generate impactful insights.
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, Aura Components and Lightening Web Components to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
• Understand key technical Salesforce aspects like data migrations, data quality, systems integrations (including APIs) with other systems used in the organization, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code.
• Coordinate release management cycles between the analytics and technology teams while also taking ownership of the implementation and deployment of new/enhanced features to existing applications and code.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
• Familiarity of Salesforce security configurations including user access, roles, profiles, sharing rules and groups.
• Leverage general business experience with knowledge to convert high level business objectives into functional and technical requirements, user stories and specifications.
• Participate in workshops with all the relevant teams including business, technology, compliance and testing organizations to define the business value, KPI trees and contribute to the initiatives.
• Independently review, prepare, design and integrate complex (type, quality, volume) data, correcting problems and recommend data cleansing/quality solutions to issues.
• Collaborate with QA and ensure data quality checks are applied to our UI, middle layer, and backend systems of Salesforce Tableau CRM and Einstein solutions.
• Recognize and take responsibility of impact on both the product experience & coworkers. Solve problems by keeping sight of multiple interrelated products.
• Proactively identify and communicate issues, work directly and collaboratively with business partner and team members to propose resolutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts (e.g. API, governor limits, best practices, test coverage, etc.), data modelling concepts and design.
• Experience with various technologies to assist in data analysis, including: SalesForce Developer Console, SalesForce Data Loader, Tableau, PowerBI, Presto, Hadoop, SQL, Excel.
• Detail-oriented, persistence through ambiguity, and is comfortable working with both business and Technology partners.
• Hands on experience in building pipelines from variety of sources such as data warehouses and in-memory OLAP models, as well as experience in NoSQL/cloud.
• Strong understanding of data and information architecture, including experience with Big Data, Relational databases, streaming and batch data processing.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Advanced Level - Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics).
• Advanced Level - Power BI & Tableau.
• Advanced Level - SQL querying.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company including Senior Leadership.
• History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate problem solving ability, including strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Solid business and technical acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and O365.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master s degree with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Tableau CRM, Salesforce Einstein, Advanced Analytics, Tableau, Power BI or MS Dynamics.
• B2B and/or B2C experience.
• Salesforce developer certifications.
• Technology related industry experience.
• Professional qualifications or relevant experience.
