Position OverviewThe Project Manager Lead - Tech will lead manufacturing in the establishment and improvement of Quality Assurance Process Controls on all assigned product launches and existing production lines. Work with the factory leaders and staff to ensure that Quality is built into our manufacturing processes, maintained, and continuously improved.Responsibilities
Coordinate local Manufacturing APQP efforts on assigned product launches
Establish quality objectives
Review concepts and evaluate for quality and influence design changes if needed
Evaluate processes to ensure a quality product is producedInfluence other groups to make sure the process meets quality standards
Prepare and present quality readiness to senior leaders on a month basis
Review the PFMEA draft and lead the development and updating of the
Site PFMEA and Control Plan
Analyze process data to establish capability using statistical analysis.
Lead cross-functional teams in preventive and corrective action activities
Facilitate continuous improvement to PFMEAs and error proofing
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of technical project/program management experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 3 years of technical project/program management experience
OR
At least 7 years of technical project/program management experience
Additional Requirements
