Job Description:Join our team and earn $26.25 per hour!Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a full time, direct hire Operations Excellence Facility Trainer position in our Lockport, IL facility.2nd Shift Schedule: Sunday-Thursday ( 4:30pm-1:00am )Base Pay: $25.00/HR2nd Shift Differential: $1.25/ HRYou are:The Operations Excellence Facility Trainer is responsible for consistent training of all critical warehouse processes to newly onboarded associates as well as tenured associates requiring updated training.You will:

Provide training in Operational processes using SOP’s and best practices.

Provide feedback to Operations Manager or Supervisor for employee reviews.

Assist with Quality Assurance functions (Audits, Exception Logs, Scale Compliance).

Constructively watch employees and provide feedback on a regular basis.

Oversee package exceptions and final resolution.

Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.

Help ensure time goals and productivity goals are consistently met for the department.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Your background:As an Operations Excellence Trainer, you have:

Prior Lead experience or equivalent.

The ability to work in a high paced environment.

The ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Familiarity with Word, Excel, Email, and WMS interface.

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.

The ability to walk and stand 80% of the time with or without accommodation.

The ability to stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation.

The ability to understand and follow safety and other operational directions in English, or translated from English, irrespective of your native language.

Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish.

Experience within the logistics or parcel shipping industry preferred.
