Principle ResponsibilitiesReceive customer orders by Email and EDI.Maintain database records of customer profiles and prepare and maintain status reports.Verify and maintain customer information in SAP.Apply initiative and problem-solving skills in addressing customer complaints concerning product quality, billing, or service issues and referring these complaints to designated departments for investigation when appropriate.Develop a competent understanding of all products offered by MAT.Interact with inside and outside sales teams to apprise reps of any customer issues.Handle certain direct shipment accounts, interacting with the Merchandising dept.Other duties as assigned.
