The EMS Educator  reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.This role develops and provides services related to the orientation, continuing education, and assessment of clinical staff.Responsibilities:Collaborates with managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff.Designs, delivers, and assesses learning activities and curriculums related to clinical competencies, departmental/organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the use of clinical information technologies.Serves as a consultant/mentor for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development.Participates in the development, coordination, and delivery of new staff orientation and education activities.Performs other duties as assigned
