Collaborate with the Brand Team to facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions, including Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and non-HCP stakeholders, to gain insights and identify target segments for the brand.

Synthesize the insights gained from these discussions to determine brand positioning, drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization, and populate the Brand Plan Insights Chapter.

Secure input and gather cross-stakeholder viewpoints to develop a robust and accurate differentiation strategy for the brand.

Propose strategic objectives for the brand and challenge and critique Brand Team strategies to ensure a strong differentiation in a highly competitive market.

Ensure that all functional deliverables are consistent with the brand's strategy and identity and deliver emotional messages aligned with the Brand Story.

Guide the design and implementation of all marketing activities, including innovative marketing tactics, traditional and non-traditional partnerships, multi-channel opportunities, and multi-stakeholder initiatives to meet strategic brand objectives.

As a Core Member of the Brand Team:

Contribute to the creation of a shared brand vision and objectives among all team members.

Represent the marketing function and collaborate with multiple functions in the development of the Global brand strategy.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills.

Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
