Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Overtime may be required based on workload and seasonality.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Field Service Material Handler to join our growing Minooka team. In this hybrid role, your primary focus will be providing on-site field service and dealer support, traveling locally to inspect, maintain, and support hardscape displays and products. When not on-site with customers, you’ll support daily depot operations through forklift and material handling duties.This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in both independent and team settings.Key ResponsibilitiesField Service & Dealer Support (Primary Responsibility)Assigned following full training in forklift operations and depot procedures.Travel to dealer and customer locations to:Conduct inspections and perform hands-on repairs or cleaning of product displays.Install or update signage, marketing materials, and product labeling.Support seasonal refreshes of showroom or outdoor hardscape setups.Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.Serve as the local liaison for dealer display needs, quality concerns, and field service requests.Represent the Techo-Bloc brand through excellent communication and professionalism on-site.Distribute promotional materials including brochures, samples, and catalogs.Depot & Forklift Support (Secondary Responsibility)Operate a sit-down forklift to load/unload trucks and move materials.Stage orders, prep pallets, and maintain a clean, organized yard.Conduct physical product inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.Assist in resolving equipment or inventory issues with the Yard Supervisor.Perform general depot upkeep, including light maintenance and equipment checks.Travel RequirementsLocal travel is required during regular work hours; overnight stays may occur about 20% of the time after training.A company vehicle or mileage reimbursement is provided for field assignments.
