Key Responsibilities:Assemble and test mechanical seals and rigs to meet R&D requirements.Coordinate sample preparation, including tracing parts, working with the lapping department, and verifying finish quality.Operate precision measurement tools such as profilometers and roundness tracers to ensure accuracy and consistency.Perform rotor balancing and other precision measurements for prototype assemblies.Log and analyze test results, summarizing key findings for review.Support team meetings and planning sessions, contributing insights to ongoing projects.Assist engineers in test setup, data recording, and troubleshooting.Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety and 5S practices.Participate in continuous improvement and innovation activities within the test lab.
