Occasionally performing various functions at our Caterpillar Mossville Facility.Position details:
Hiring for 1st Shift: Monday - Friday (7am-3:30pm)
Starting Pay: $22.25

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Sets up, operates, and adjusts calendaring machines to coat fabric and/or finish roll material to specified thickness
Performs troubleshooting of processes in the rubber processing and/or rubber fabrication areas.
Work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work OT when required
Demonstrating safety excellence and enforcing safety policies and procedures
Essential Job Functions:
Occasionally lift parts up to 50 pounds individually and infrequently up to 100 pounds as a team
Occasional bending, reaching and squatting while performing tasks
Consistent usage of required PPE for task being performed
Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
Standing and/or sitting at a desk while performing tasks
Basic and/or Desired Qualifications may include, but are not limited to:
Ability to read gauges and controls
Manufacturing experience of experience in a warehouse environment
Demonstrated proficiency in mathematical and analytical skills
Working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, and Access
Good attendance record
Ability to maintain accurate and complete records
Top candidates will also have:
Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing experience
