As an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Avery Dennison, you will play a critical role in maintaining facility uptime and equipment reliability. Joining our collaborative 1st Shift team, you will perform planned, predictive, and emergency breakdown repairs on mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose failures and repair industrial machinery, including 3-phase electrical controls, PLC systems, DC drives, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyors.Predictive & Preventative Maintenance: Execute strict PM schedules, perform equipment calibrations, and inspect circuits and wiring for safety and efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Partner with engineers and production teams to optimize machinery, reduce downtime, and eliminate safety risks.Documentation & Safety: Order replacement parts, maintain repair logs, adhere to OSHA standards, and foster a clean, safe shop environment
