This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. You will be collaborating with business and projects teams from around the world to define and develop our next generation tools based off direct user feedback.Responsibilities include:Maintaining and further developing schedule and roadmap for innovation projects in North AmericaAssisting in developing next-generation product plans for assigned linesResearching end-user applications and competitive market trendsConducting user research (in field as well as desk research)Supporting market research efforts with the Market Research departmentContributing to multi-functional teams to ensure product specificationsSupporting Sales and Brand teams with product expertise and insightsAssisting in identifying product improvement and cost reduction opportunitiesReviewing product performance data to inform lifecycle decisionsManaging all aspects of current products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
