Regional Sales Enablement Product Owner

This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week). The Regional Sales Enablement Product Owner is a key contributor to the company's sales performances through driving adoption, improvements and data transparency of the B2B Portal and Sales CRM. Acting as a strong partner to the regional sales (leadership) team, the role translates regional requirements into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions. Responsibiities include:Regional ownership of the B2B Portal & Sales CRMDriving adoption and improvement of sales tools through close alignment with the sales teamActing as the strategic counterpart to local sales management for data, analysis, and digital enablementProviding key input to Global Product Management by collecting regional requirements, prioritizing and ensuring their implementationPromoting and leading AI usage and AI initiatives in the sales areaProviding 3rd-level support for complex technical issues
