The PLT Uniformity Tech III will:Position has two major areas of responsibility: PLT TBM alignment and uniformity optimization. Uniformity problem investigation and data collection activities in addition to normal daily activities for OE yield optimization and classified analysis, the Setup Technician will be assigned special projects to be completed.Alignments of TBM as neededVector Balancing of TBMsVector Balancing of Press/Mold systemsSet splice arrangements for all tires.Processing of evaluation tires on TUOs and BalancersComponent and Machine Waveform buildsUniformity auditsUniformity Problem Investigation workClassified Tire Analysis workConducting Special Evaluations as assignedUniformity Set-up tech will follow all plant policies, environmental policies, and plant and departmental safety policies.Perform other duties as directed by the Uniformity Manager or Engineer.Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
