About Our Opportunity: To be successful in this role, the Graphic Designer should have an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. The Graphic Designer should also have experience executing creative projects from conception to completion with a strong focus in consumer product packaging. This team member will be comfortable multi-tasking, working under tight timelines and collaborating with team members with a positive, can-do attitude. The Graphic Designer will ensure the design team successfully promotes Chervon’s core brands through delivering high quality concepts, renderings and creative collateral. Key Responsibilities:
Design consumer retail packaging, merchandising displays, POP, sales materials, digital banner ads, social media assets and various internal communications.
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
Generate ideas and renderings to portray concepts and advertise products/service.
Design original pieces, including illustrations, logos, and infographics.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our creative projects.
Liaise with multiple internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
Stay up to date with industry trends and design software.
Liaise with third party providers and agencies, when needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related degree required
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong focus in consumer retail packaging
Portfolio of completed design projects, including consumer retail packaging
Hands-on experience with image editing software (Photoshop)
Highly proficient in design software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
Experience in photography, preferred
Bilingual a huge plus!

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment and is flexible with our team member’s work life balance. We are in-person at our Naperville, IL office a minimum of 3 days a week.
