2-4 years of experience required in US IT recruitment.
Recruitment Job responsibilities:
Be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and other roles as needed
Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google etc. to source Candidates
Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process, background checks and pre-employment process.
Familiarity with technical specs for engineering roles in backend, frontend, full-stack and other areas of specialization.
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews
Manage and maintain relationships with contract employees while on assignment
