Responsibilities :-
Gate-keep the overall ABAP work effort & coordinate with client as well as 3rd-party vendor to complete ABAP related work.
Coordinate & assist client with organizing and executing the Testing effort during Integration Testing, UAT, & Performance Testing.
Set, Enhance & promote SAP SDLC & ABAP development standards of the client.
Design, Development, Testing of all SAP RICEFW objects covering PP, QM, SD, MM, WM, FI, CO modules in S/4HANA. In addition, ABAP coding may be required for SAP EWM, or TM platforms.
Advise & QA the design, development and implementation of customized ABAP solutions.
Work with Functional consultants to understand Functional requirements elicit / document Technical requirements necessary for development of ABAP objects (RICEFWs).
Perform ALE/IDOC configuration in PI and utilize knowledge about SLD configuration
ABAP Objects Development (monitoring, supporting, finding solutions and debugging experience) able to analyze client's business processes, gather requirements, maintain data mapping document of interfaces & conversions.
Understand and analyze Functional Specifications, write Technical Specifications, develop prototypes and full ABAP solutions, Unit testing and bug fixing.
Requirements :-
10-12 years in SAP ABAP/PI development in SAP modules (PP, QM, MM, SD, FI, CO, WM, EWM, TM) breadth of experience covering Implementation, Rollout, Support, and Integration with other systems.
Extensive understanding of Technology Architecture concepts and build capability around new technologies.
Experience in building solutions using latest design trends and handling issues around SAP security, data and performance.
ABAP development experience including classes, methods, programs, interfaces, idocs, reports, workflow, webdynpro.
PO/PI development experience including creating maps (Java and Graphical), configuring various integration scenarios including Web Services, File to IDOC, File to ABAP Proxy
Understanding of all types of SAP enhancement types (BAdis, implicit/explicit, CMOD/SMOD), enhancement points, BTEs.
Good breadth of knowledge on SAP's Technology portfolio & SDK Application Development, UI/UX, Mobility, Integration, Cloud Portfolio.
