We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Restorative Aide to join our team at Elevate Care. As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting our residents in maintaining and improving their functional abilities, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting their overall well-being.Responsibilities:
Implementing individualized restorative care programs under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Assisting residents with exercises, ambulation, and other therapeutic activities to promote mobility and independence.
Providing compassionate support and encouragement to residents during restorative therapy sessions.
Documenting resident progress and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Assisting with the maintenance of a safe and clean environment conducive to restorative care activities.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the comprehensive care needs of residents are met.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant and completion of a state-approved Restorative Aide training program are preferred.
Prior experience working in a long-term care setting or with elderly populations preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
