Stockroom Supervisor

Description:Leading a team of 7-10 peopleInventory ControlIncoming and Outgoing productUsing Computer and ERP system

Compiles and maintains records of all product in the facility

Locates missing material within the facility

Counts material and supplies in stock

Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.

Verifies inventory count and invesigates erros or misplaced items

Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.

Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.

Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.

Requires repetitive lifting of up to lift 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

At least 3 years of recent experience working in a stockroom type environment

Experience leading or supervising a team of 5+ employees

Experience using an ERP system to track inventory

Ability to understand incoming and outgoing product within a facility, track its location and investigate incorrect storage or counts

Needs to have experience working with small parts and numbers

Ability to do math and work with numbers and counts
