Description Robert Half is partnering with a fantastic law firm that assists clients in estate planning including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. They are seeking a sharp Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their team. Ideal candidate would have experience with contested estates and guardianships, but any litigation experience is welcomed.Responsibilities:
Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters
Preparing legal documents pertaining to elder and probate law, such as wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, etc.
Performing extensive legal research to support cases
Coordinating with clients, court clerks, and other legal professionals
Maintaining and organizing case files and legal databases
Managing multiple case deadlines efficiently
