The intent is for client reporting to better drive client’s decision making and forecasting, while also being easier to use, more centralized and more accessible. The goal is to also enhance the accuracy and reliability of the underlying data. The benefit to CVS Health is to create a culture of data driven decision making, operational efficiency through automation and enhanced client satisfaction.We are looking for a PBM Client Reporting Product Manager to help define the strategy for front-end, user-facing components of the new deliverable, serving both internal stakeholders and external client stakeholders.Responsibilities Include

Drive the product and business planning processes across the finance and data / technology functions

Analyze internal stakeholder needs, customer needs and current market trends

With assistance, work cross-functionally across Regulatory Affairs, Account Management, Sales Operations, IT, Data & Analytics and Clients to understand needs, wants, pain points, etc.

Perform competitor analysis

Translate product strategy into:

Documentation of Use Cases and Personas

Development of Theme and Initiative level requirements documentation

Contribution towards Epic level requirements documentation (in partnership with data / technology)

Contribute towards decisions on go-to-market strategies and product positioning

Align accomplishments to PBM Client Reporting OKR’s and provide regular updates on progress

Act as the ‘CEO’ of his/her product; embrace not only the functional requirements and the building of the product, but also non-functional aspects like uptime, performance, migration from old to new, internal setup burdens, and so on.

Required Qualifications

3+ years professional experience and/or completion of Leadership Development Program

3+ years experience with homegrown or 3rd party BI tools

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Previous experience in PBM, specifically customer reporting and data. An added 'plus' is experience with non-rebate financial guarantees, pharmacy network / audit reporting and/or member experience data and analysis

Strong business partnership and consultative skills

Proficiency with Microstrategy and/or Tableau

Strong written communication

Ability to work in partnership with data / technology

Education

Bachelor's degree required from a 4 year college or university or equivalent experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
