Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Acute Care Informatics RN will have comprehensive responsibilities across the implementation and enhancement of clinical information systems hospital-wide. The Nurse Informatics Specialist will be the primary liaison between other clinical staff and IT staff to streamline workflow processes and IT practices. The ideal candidate is BSN prepared and has acute care informatics experience, especially with Cerner and Med Host programs. The Acute Care Informatics RN will be a strong mentor and staff educator regarding clinical informatics issues.
