The Project Manager works closely with their brand and function teams to support daily internal digital communication activities. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES· Support the International Brand and Function teams by executing internal digital communications strategies to affiliates. · Lead the development and execution of internal SharePoint portals and other custom sites supporting brand and function needs, including but not limited to overarching brand information, best practice sharing, disease awareness, product launches, meetings and congresses, and other special initiatives. · Understand business requirements, design requirements, site governance standards and technology capabilities. · Manage the execution of short- and long-term objectives and tactical plans for delivery of internal marketing and communications programs including creating annual roadmaps with marketing teams to help plan resources and budget. · Partner with brand teams and designers on planning and executing their communications plans to affiliates through newsletters, eblasts, other digital communication tools. Provide summary metrics and benchmarks. · Track and monitor metrics for sites and communication performance. Provide recommendations on future content and capability requirements to meet client needs. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS· Understand AbbVie guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, internal SharePoint guidelines, Veeva PromoMats review and corporate compliance.· Understand the project workflow process, including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, planning timeline and resources, user acceptance testing, acquiring necessary approvals, project execution, training users and regular maintenance of digital projects.· Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.· Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload to ensure deadlines are met.· Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment and be proactive and take initiative when needed.ACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE· Reports to the Associate Director of Digital Communications· Will work both independently and in cooperation with stakeholders including, brands, functions, Business Technology Services, external creative vendors and alliance partners. Establishes and maintains professional and productive working relationships with all stakeholders. · Bachelor degree required· 5-10 years of marketing, communications or creative agency experience required -pharmaceutical experience a plus· Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written· High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role· Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small detailsAbbVie is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community, and embracing diversity and inclusion.
