Job Title: Front End DeveloperJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced front-end developer to join our software development team in Northfield/Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for designing and implementing solutions for various business initiatives and product development. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, pleasant to collaborate with, and constantly seeking to improve and expand their skills.Responsibilities:
Design, code, test, deploy, and support software for product and commerce needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects within product development.
Participate in code reviews.
Foster DevOps adaptation by the team.
Navigate ambiguous and complex business problems.
Understand and apply TDD, Pair programming, and Mob programming concepts.
Adhere to established coding standards.
Facilitate design meetings with users, management, and architects.
Analyze production issues to determine root cause and course of action for resolution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices.
Write documentation to ensure proper use of software systems.
Hard Skills
Bachelor's degree
7+ years experience in React.js 16+ and Next.js
Server-side rendering (SSR)
Cloud experience (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins

Work EnvironmentWork from home every day except Thursdays. May need to come in more if project requires, but the normal schedule is 4 WFH, 1 in-office.
