Log all customer payments to the correct reports
Maintain quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, including skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment
Oversee and update customer files to ensure data consistency
Ensure bankruptcy filings are processed in the correct manner when received
Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations
Lead all billing and reporting activities in response to deadlines
Control inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence
Ensure payments are processed

2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience
Experience using accounting software
Comprehensive knowledge of Collector
Account management experience
Ability to survey and make decisions regarding customer accounts
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
