Description We are seeking a Controller to be part of a team, working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to handle various accounting functions.This role is set in the financial operations sector and involves managing and overseeing the company's financial activities, including budget analysis, financial planning, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: Oversee the company's financial operations, including the management of accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure they comply with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate all audit activities and maintain internal control safeguards. Manage and track the performance of invested assets in line with policies and investment guidelines. Develop and implement financial accounting systems and software tools to streamline operations. Prepare and publish monthly financial statements in a timely and accurate manner. Evaluate and manage financial and operational risks to the company. Develop and monitor performance metrics for financial operations. Manage cash flow and forecasting, including the development of a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism. Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report. Regularly conduct internal audits to ensure financial processes are being used effectively.
