Network Manager

Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Manager to come aboard and manage our computer networks. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ensuring the security of our company’s network system. This includes overseeing digital security, maintaining network systems, improving system capabilities, and managing staff members involved in the network operation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a thorough knowledge of network management, and the ability to manage demonstrable leadership.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or similar relevant field.

Proven work experience as a network manager, IT Manager, or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of network systems and architecture.

Good understanding of network security measures, common threats, and vulnerabilities.

Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN design and implementation.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong leadership and managerial abilities.

Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

Certified Network Professional (CNP) or Certified Network Architect (CNA) will be an added advantage.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

The ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards. Ensure periodic regular property inspection. Recommends and/or approves alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning, as necessary. Contracts for and supervises vendor services as required. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and \'walk-through\' spaces with tenants. Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances. Collect rent and pays expenses in compliance with lease terms. Prepares all required legal notices.
