As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, managing complex calendars, coordinating seamless travel arrangements, and serving as a trusted right hand to senior leadership. Your organizational expertise and ability to handle diverse responsibilities will be pivotal to the team’s success. Responsibilities Manage and streamline the CEO's calendar to ensure efficient time management. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking visas when needed. Oversee and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner. Handle the CEO's email correspondences, ensuring all emails are responded to or redirected as necessary. Prepare and assist in creating board presentations, ensuring all information is accurate and well-presented. Coordinate event planning as required, taking care of all logistical details. Take notes during meetings and distribute them accordingly. Carry out personal tasks for the CEO as and when required. Make restaurant reservations for the CEO and other executives as necessary.Requirements Requirements: Exceptional skills in Calendar Management are required for effective scheduling and organization. Excellent communication abilities are essential to facilitate smooth interaction with various stakeholders. Proficiency in managing correspondence is necessary to handle both internal and external communications. Must possess adept note taking skills for accurate record-keeping during meetings and discussions. Experience in making and managing Book Travel Arrangements for executives is crucial. Ability to Coordinate Travel Arrangements efficiently to ensure seamless business trips.
