Purpose of this role is to implement export controls and sanctions law within the Robert Bosch network worldwide as well as their translation to regional levels. This position serves as an extension of the global team.Responsibility for compliance with global and national export control regulations and policiesImplementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes.Consulting for all Export Control related questions in the USContinuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactionsSteering and support of internal and external auditsResponsible for export license process including determination of license requirement, preparation submissions and monitoring of licensesReview and audit of US Export Control ClassificationMonitoring of national export control law changes and continuous alignment with the global export control governance teamResponsibility to evaluate deemed export transactions
